The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The total payment will be taken automatically from the card used to reserve the booking on the day of arrival.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Confirmation will be made by email. It is the customers responsibility to check and contact us if this is not received or is incorrect.
We are an adult only accommodation, sadly presentation of children on arrival for a booking will result in the booking being cancelled with all monies still liable and collected from the card given at the time of booking.
The cardholder is responsible for all rooms contained within the booking , damage caused or smoking in the rooms will be charged from the credit/debit card on file.
We are a totally non-smoking establishment, this includes electronic vape devices, it is illegal to smoke in a public building. The Swanage Haven reserve the right to eject guests who smoke in the rooms. A charge of £50 is payable for deep cleaning if smoking is suspected in our rooms. If the room is not suitable for the next letting, due to damage or smoke issues, the cost will be responsibility of the card holder, including loss of revenue. The payment will be collected from the credit/debit card on file.
