Gem of a place to stay. Every need catered for and every detail from food to furnishings has been thought out beautifully. Lovely walk along the beach into town. Definitely recommend and hopefully will return one day.

This was our second visit this year and this time we stayed for 4 nights. Tina and Amanda are perfect hosts, and we were made very welcome, with tea and biscuits on arrival.Everything about the Swanage Haven is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need including a silent fridge, bottled water and fresh milk. Breakfasts are excellent, such a wide choice to suit everyone.Thanks again for a lovely stay, and we will certainly return.

Our second stay here, this is the best B & B we have ever stayed at - professionally run, spotlessly clean, and an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day.A personal age related health problem was sympathetically and efficiently dealt with - 10 out of 10 for Amanda and Tina for their interpersonal skills. Definitely worth a 5 star rating.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about Swanage Haven.Received a lovely welcome on arrival,was offered tea and biscuits which is a nice touch.The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. There is a well stocked tea tray which is replenished every day. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to breakfast.I had the cooked option, which was extremely tasty and it arrives at the table piping hot. I have already booked a repeat visit for next year. All in all a 5* stay.

We were very lucky to secure a short stay due to a cancellation. The Swanage Haven is perfect for visitors to the town. nice quite location, handy for the beach, very clean and cofortable rooms. Tina and Amanda are fantastic hosts from the welcoming cup of tea and biscuits, to the perfect breakfast. nothing was too much trouble for our super friendly hosts. My sister and I stayed for 3 nights at The Swanage Haven a couple of weeks ago. We were welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits, very unexpected. The Swanage Haven is beautifully decorated with some old features retained. We both had our own rooms, both furnished to the highest standard. We loved that milk was supplied in our fridges for our hot drinks (biscuits and chocolates too). Also a carrafe of water daily.Our rooms were equipped with fans, hairdryers, magnifying mirrors. My room even had a pair of binoculars in the window to view the hills.The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, well prepared and presented. The choice of breakfast items was amazing. Something fur everyone. Offers of tea and coffee top ups too.The honesty bar in the beautiful lounge was a really nice touch too, extremely well stocked.We didn't drive to Swanage and we loved the 15 minute walk into town along the beautiful Swanage seafront. However, at the end of the road there are bus stops, one taking you into town. Extremely easy to get around on the bused.And lastly, we can't thank the lovely sisters, our hosts, Amanda and Tina enough. They made us very welcome, were very helpful with advice about the local area. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have stayed here many times and Tina and Amanda are excellent hosts! They are so warm and welcoming. They accommodate all your requests and are so very generous. Their attention to detail is amazing. Therooms are comfortable and clean and you feel like you’re staying in a luxury boutique hotel to which you are! Lastly the breakfasts are just fresh, homemade granola is a must with their fresh fruit salad followed by a scrumptious cooked breakfast. Although Swanage Haven Boutique Guest House seems to have 5-star reviews across the board, we arrived with no preconceptions.Tina was working on the raised beds by the entrance when we arrived, gave us a marvellous welcome by name, took us inside and made us a greatly appreciated pot of tea.She and her sister Amanda couldn't have done anything to make us feel any more welcome throughout our stay.It honestly felt more like we were staying with family rather than being paying guests.The building is very tastefully decorated, with plenty of little delights to gladden the soul.Our room was well laid out, with an extremely comfortable bed, and a lovely en-suite.The garden is a wonderful place to relax.We couldn't recommend Swanage Haven Boutique Guest House more highly.

I come from Norway. I have, over the years, visited Swanage quite often. There are several hotels which are very nice, but none of them will beat this. Never seen such cleanliness.The bed was exellent and the room quiet.And such professionality down to details. Very nice breakfast ; I chose the traditional one which I stuck toI probably put on som kilos last week.Very, verynice couple handeling us all. Nice atmoshere. I will certainly be back, if it is not fully booked.

This B&B is excellent. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, lots of little extras!The room is made up every day which is lovely to come back to. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. It also has a large garden to use if you wish. Would highly recommend.

Amanda gave us a lovely warm welcome on our arrival and in addition gave us lots of useful information about the local area, including a map and bus timetable. We stayed in the compact double room which had everything we needed plus the extra touches that made it all the more comfortable. The decor was lovely throughout and everwhere was spotless. Breakfast was exceptional with a fantastic choice, and included locally sourced produce. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. From the first greeting I felt relaxed and comfortable. The off road parking a bonus along with the honestly bar for the evenings. My single room was perfect.Very clean and comfortable with everything from tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk and to a cool fan and hair dryer. Lovely soft towels and perfect bedding. The breakfasts were amazing with the best fresh fruit salad I have ever had (better than 5* hotels I have stayed in). Tina and Amanda and their staff were amazing. Would, and have recommended this hotel to all my friends.

Excellent hotel, well situated for the beach and town. Good facilities - lovely room, beautiful garden. Food was scrumptious, service brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble from our hosts. Our visit was very good from start to finish. Clean and comfortable room, quiet, not disturbed by general noise, excellent breakfast and friendly owners. What’s not to like!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The decor, quality and attention to detail made for a luxurious stay. The bedroom had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the made to order breakfast was delicious. Best fruit salad I've been offered anywhere, salmon eggs traditional breakfast items prepared by Amanda to perfection. We will return soon.

If you’re looking for a quiet comfortable beautifully appointed place to stay for a holiday in Swanage, then this is the perfect place.Only a 5-10 minute walk to the sea front, and another 10-15 minutes to all the shops and restaurants.Amanda and Tina are the perfect hosts. Breakfasts are superb, whether cooked, or, continental, in a lovely dining room. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked our next break in October.

Lovely ladies Amanda and Tina made me feel very welcome. My room was very comfortable. It lacked a chair and desk but that didn't matter as I was able to use the lounge for the photo work I wanted to do on my laptop, and avail myself of the honesty bar at the same time. Lovely accommodation located in a perfect position just a short walk from the seafront and Swanage town centre. The room was lovely, breakfast was delicious and Amanda and Tina could not have been more friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.

I found the Haven on Google and we were lucky as they had one room left.We arrived late afternoon and met Tina who welcomed us. The room was lovely as was the rest of the place. Walking distance to the beach and not far from the ferry crossing from Sandbanks.We had a brilliant weekend, breakfast was great and we would definitely go back. We had a beautiful view of Ballard down and the Havens well maintained garden from our room. We will definitely visit again.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this B&B which isabsolutely lovely, Tina & Amanda are the perfect hosts and are extremely friendly and helpful. The choice for breakfast is extensive. This was our second visit to The Swanage Haven. Having enjoyed our stay last year we just had to have a return visit. Our room on the second floor was excellent, with views overlooking the surrounding hills. Parking was a bonus, we didn't touch our car for the whole visit, we were in the perfect location to explore on foot. Starting from when I made the booking by telephone, Tina was so so friendly and helpful.Same when we arrived, such a warm welcome!The place really does have a feel-good factor.Tina gave us lots of information about the area - she really couldn't do enough for us, even lending us her beach chairs as annoyingly we had forgotten them.Our room was right at the top and we could see Swanage in the distance - very pretty indeed.Everything was at hand, fridge, tea & coffee making with spotless cutlery etc., light and airy bathroom, very comfy bed, and everything was immaculately clean.Breakfast cooked by Amanda was just gorgeous,fresh and perfectly cooked, almost more than we could eat!And on top of this, everything within walking distance.We didn't move the car from its parking space once, such a change from our usual routine at home.We really didn't want the weekend to end, and can only thank Tina and Amanda for a truly relaxing break where we unwound for the first time in ages.100% we will go back there, thank you so much.xxxx

Very glad that we stumbled across Swanage Haven for our weekend stay in the area. The room (3) was clean, well presented and had everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious and the friendly service from Amanda and Tina was second to none. Location was a short walk into the centre of Swanage and the hosts were more than happy to give recommendations. I hope that we will return for many more trips to the haven and area in the future. Lovely property,quiet location,immaculate rooms,booked it as a early 41st anniversary get away.My Wife was thrilled to bits and wants to return as soon as possible.Only really saw Tina ,who We found to be help full ,friendly and efficient.My Wife insisted on giving Her a bunch of flowers as We left.

We arrived very early and called in to see if we could leave our car until our check in but were greeted by Amanda who made us a very welcome pot of tea. The decor is lovely, so stylish and everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was great a wonderful selection and Tina always there offering more tea etc would definitely recommend

We were greeted by Tina with a cup of tea & biscuits. The guest house is clean & has everything you would need. Our room at the front was comfortable with 2 easy chairs & plenty of storage. The bathroom was like new. There are 7 parking spaces on a first come first serve basis. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before & promptly served by Tina & cooked by Amanda. Excellent from start to finish! We were welcomed with a smile and the offer of a tea or coffee. Have never had that on arrival at a hotel before! Tina and Amanda were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculately clean and had a beautiful view over the hills. So many lovely little touches, like the seaside mugs and little Easter eggs on the tea and coffee tray, as it was Easter weekend. A pint of milk in the fridge too, which really made it feel like home. Delicious cooked breakfast each morning, and the homemade granola was to die for! From start to finish, on our first weekend away together, this gorgeous hotel and these lovely sisters made us feel welcome and at home. We had a really special and memorable break. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Lovely Guest House, extremely clean, very comfortable bed, the hosts are great and friendly. the building is not too farto the beach and town, this place has a very positive energy and relaxed atmosphere, I’ll definitely be returning in October forTheGreat Swanage Blues Festival.

The Swanage Haven is a beautiful guest house. Everywhere is tastefully decorated and lovely and clean. Our breakfasts were perfect we were able to pick from an extensive menu and everything was fresh and tasty. Tina and Amanda are very friendly and nothing in too much trouble, if you need anything they are always happy to assist you.

What a perfect place to stay.My room was beautiful, dressed very nicely, spotlessly clean.Plus I was greeted warmly and made to feel at home right when my foot went over the door threshold.Breakfast was superb, with lots of choice and a real treat for me to have a full English breakfast, which was delicious.I couldn't fault any of it, and Iwill definitely be back.

My partner and I had an amazing time. Our hosts Tina and Amanda have put a lot of love and attention into their guest house and it shows. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and quiet whilst breakfast was as good if not better as some 5 star hotels in terms of quality and attention to detail. We were met with a lovely reception, pot of tea and biscuits after a long journey. Amanda was very welcoming and explained all we needed to know about breakfast, keys etc.We had been reallocated a different bedroom to the one booked, she explained this was due to an older couple who struggled with the stairs, the bedroom was clean and nicely decorated with great attention to detail, teas/coffees shower gel and shampoo n conditioner. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathroom a good size.My only criticism was the was limited storage and hanging space.Breakfast was amazing 🤩 and the lounge and bar a great way to meet other guests, with a well stocked honesty bar, fab social space.All in all Tina & Amanda were friendly and nothing was too much trouble and would definitely recommend to friends n family.

The Swanage Haven is a lovely B&B just a short walk from the seafront, nothing is to much trouble for Tina and Amanda who are very helpful and friendly, we would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Swanage

We have stayed at the Swanage Haven twice now and it has always been excellent. Owners Tina and Amanda are really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a good size and are very clean. Excellent choice of breakfast that is high quality.Position is good, a short walk along the seafront to the town centre.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, it had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was good. Couldn’t fault anything. The breakfast was excellent and such friendly people.

Tina and Amanda are excellent guest house owners; a superbly run establishment with every need catered for. Attention to detail is evident all around as nothing is too much trouble.The en suite soap dispensers are a good example of this, doing away with the need for small disposable soaps etc.The honesty bar is also much appreciated at the end of the day as a great alternative to going out again and you can play a board game if you like!The breakfasts are superb with lots of choice.

Delighted with the Swanage Haven. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Text me 2.5 hours before check in to say we could check in early and made us a pot of tea when we arrived. Room was very clean and comfortable and stylishly decorated. Could not fault either the bedroom nor the ensuite.The free toiletries were lovelyThere was a great choice of options for breakfast. Everything was cooked very well and the portions were generous. The free off road parking was also a boon. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed from the 15th to the 18th September. We had the warmest welcome and they made a great effort to cater for me as a vegan. The hotel was spotlessly clean, cosy and homely. They went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely experience, even drying our very wet trousers in their dryer. Can't wait to return.

This is the second time of staying here and it was another great stay, room is comfortable and breakfast is delicious. You can order what you want and as much as you want. Great time had, shame about the weather though. Will definitely return!

My stay was all too short. As the weather was so rough I decided to leave the day before I had meant, especially as I was told the forecast was for the strong winds and rain to continue. I was very sorry to leave as I had been made very welcome. Swanage Haven is in a good position and my room, although small, had everything I could have wanted and I was very comfortable. The lounge with its 'honesty' bar was unexpected but welcome and the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. I could not fault thecare and attention from the ladies involved and I do hope to return when the weather is more favourable.

From our meeting with Tina on arrival until we left we enjoyed excellent accommodation, food and the most friendly host.

I booked a 3 night stay at this B&B and was not disappointed. The hosts were very friendly without being overbearing. The breakfasts were outstanding with plenty of choice on offer. I had the single room which was quite small but well appointed with a mini fridge containing fresh milk. My only quibble was the lack of any view from the bedroom window, that asideif you’re looking for a good B&B away from the main town centre then look no further!

Tina and Amanda were excellent and very welcoming hosts. Our room was extremely clean and everything we needed was readily available. There was so much choice for breakfast with dietary requirements catered for and everything we chose was lovely.

We enjoyed 6 nights in room 7 at The Swanage Haven. Comfortable bed in a lovely room with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was amazing and we have already tried making the homemade granola (thanks for the recipe). Parking convenient and easy with the bonus of bus stops just outside. Tina and Amanda were very helpful and we loved the touch of the honesty bar. We took their advice and booked the restaurants beforehand - thanks for the tip!

This is now my fourth time stopping here and it’s like the first,Tina and Amanda are excellent hosts. The rooms are always pristine. Yea coffee and water are provided and the breakfast is excellent. They will cater for you dietary needs if you have any.

We spent 5 nights here in August 2023 and were very pleased with our stay. There were lots of extra touches in the room such as a fan and small heater to use if required, fresh milk in the mini fridge, a bottle of water and biscuits/chocolates. The breakfasts were very good - lovely fresh fruit on offer and we tried the full English as well as the homemade granola - all delicious! Hosts Amanda and Tina were very welcoming and happy to help with anything. We would definitely recommend this B&B to others.

I have no qualms to rate Swanage Haven 10/10. The location was perfect - it’s within easy walking distance to the beach and town, but not too near to be disturbed by holiday revellers! The breakfast wascooked to perfection that dispelled the idea of a greasy English breakfast. The room was comfortable with plenty of accessible power points. I particularly like the USB ports by the bed for charging my watch. With the hospitality of the hosts, everything added up to a great stay.

The Swanage Haven is a delightful & cosy guest house in a quiet area in the north part of town. Tina & Amanda offer a warm welcome, with attention to looking after guests. They provide fresh & generous cooked to order breakfasts. It’s only a five minute or so stroll to the beach at this end & about fifteen along the promenade to the busier ‘main’ area with all the usual seaside attractions. The Swanage Haven is a friendly, comfortable & convenient place to stay for any adults visiting Swanage & the surrounding area.

Chose the Haven as a place to stay due to reading previous reviews and so glad we did. Situated just a few minutes walk from the beach ,the rooms are lovely and clean with comfortable modern decor and well kept gardens.Breakfast is delicious and filling, the hosts Tina and Amanda are verywarm, friendly and welcoming, nothing is to much trouble. Do not hesitate in booking this place you won't be disappointed!! BEAUTIFUL. X

We have just returned home from a three-night stay at Swanage Haven.When we arrived, Tina greeted us warmly by offering us tea and biscuits in the lounge. She spent some time chatting with us and made us feel very welcome.Our bedroom, No 3, was spotless. The bed, bedding, towels, fitting and decor were all impressive. There was plenty of storage space and the two armchairs in the bedroom were very comfortable.The ensuite bathroom was extremely stylish and newly decorated.We slept well on all three nights.Our breakfasts, which had to be ordered by 7pm the previous evening, were excellent! Amanda, the cook, deserves a star for the quality of the food that came from the kitchen. The fried bread was a high-light, as was my bowl of fruit which was served at a perfect temperature!Both Tina and Amanda were helpful and easy to get along with. After our three-night stay, it felt like we'd known them for ages!Swanage Haven is situated within a five minute walk to the beach. There is a bus-stop, approximately 200m away and we hopped on that several times to take us into town.We both had a happy stay at Swanage Haven and would strongly recommend any prospective holiday-maker to spend time at Tina and Amanda's lovely guest house.

It’s our first time to visit Swanage and we stayed at Swanage Haven for 3 nights.Upon arrival we were welcomed by Tina, she was really friendly and helped us settled after a long drive. We were offered drinks which was really so kind of her.We stayed at room number 8 which is a superior double with en-suite. The room is very very clean and I can’t even fault it.The en-suite is spotless and very spacious with shampoo and conditioner and all towels’ provided.There’s a little fridge and a kettle with selections of coffee and teas too.Down stairs there’s a little bar called honesty bar, I didn’t actually use it but it’s still nice just in case you fancy a drink.The breakfast was amazing, compliment to Amanda. We really enjoyed the breakfast from the beginning up to the end.The place is very accessible to town ( about 20 minutes walk or 3-4 minutes drive) and going to the beach is just 5 minutes walk.Our overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend the place. This is our 4th time staying at Swanage Haven and it is truly a wonderful B&B. Tina and Amanda are such lovely hosts and make you feel so welcome. The rooms are gorgeous and the breakfasts delicious with such a fantastic choice. The location is perfect with an easy walk into Swanage town. This is the third time we have stayed with Tina and Amanda. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts are first class. We were with friends and the bar area is so nice to meet in. We can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Good location, lovely room, excellent breakfast and a very friendly atmosphere. Also parking is available.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found the Swanage Haven. It is perfectly placed for the town and beach and we received a very warm welcome and personable, friendly service from our hosts,Tina and Amanda. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. There was was a comprehensive choice of really good, tasty food for breakfast.The lovely lounge with board games and its honesty bar was a great touch.We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending the Swanage Haven.

From the moment we were welcomed by Tuna, e we knew this was going to be a superb experience and we weren’t wrong. The home is spotless, nothing is too much trouble, the breakfast was out of this world; fresh, well cooked and plenty of it. We can’t recommend Swansge Haven highly enough. Definitely a “returner“!

These 2 sisters certainly push the boat out in making you feel both welcome and cosy. They have thought of every intricate detail, in the room and especially at breakfast. 5 star everything

After a long series of bad luck we finally found perfect peace and rest here for the end of our Purbeck holidays, even the weather improved from typically English to nice spring sun, though still with frost overnight. Amanda and Tina spoilt us not only with supernatural 4-course breakfast of absolute highest class (5/5*****) but also offered a warm welcome and pleasant stay with open ear for all kinds of questions and infos.The house is calm, full of light and nice & very tasteful personal interior. Room and Bath left no wishes open.Thanks to Amanda & Tina for this fancy stay. If back in the region at any time we would gladly come back:Rainer and Heidi

What a little gem this place is. Location is a gentle 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the town which has all your usual shops and pubs/cafes.Our room was at the back of the B&B with lovely views over the garden and the hills beyond.Nice sized room with all your tea and coffee you need with the added bonus of a fridge which had normal milk and not those horride little pots. Toiletries also provided.Breakfast...what can I say - loads of choice from fresh fruit to sausages and croissants. Absolutely keeps you full for the rest of the day.A big thank you to both Amanda and Tina who are lovely hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble. Would definitely recommend especially as its adults only ????

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Swanage Haven, a lovely friendly B&B. The accommodation was excellent and the breakfasts a real treat with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

I don’t normally do reviews but on this occasion I feel that this B&B was more than worthy. We booked this accommodation based on the previous good reviews. We certainly wasn’t disappointed and it certainly lived up to its excellent reputation. We were welcomed with a pot of tea ,by the co owner Tina , who alongside her sister and fellow co owner , Amanda have both worked extremely hard to make this business the success that it is. Well Done Ladies. The rooms are spacious well decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds are most comfortable and should ensure a good nights sleep. Inside the room a fridge has been provided and contained a pint of proper milk , none of those silly little UHT cartons, which was most appreciated . Breakfast was delicious and everything cooked to a high standard and a great way to start the day. Tina & Amanda also provide a lounge area with an Honesty Bar which was a great addition. We will certainly return one day and would have no hesitation in recommending Swanage Haven.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and can't fault it. When we got there we felt really welcome. Both Tina and Amanda are lovely and offered their help wherever possible. Tina and Amanda have a stunning Boutique Guest House. It is immaculately clean, very modern and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast choices are incredible and so are the breakfasts. It’s a lovely quiet area but within easy reach of the town and beach. But don’t take my word for it, book a room and see for yourself ????

We have recently stayed at this guest house. Lovely bedroom with very comfy bed, and everything you need followed by a delicious breakfast the next morning. Lots of attention to detail and we highly recommend a visit. Great location, near to the beach and town.

They know a lot about Swanage and will go out of their way to make your stay a special one. Visited Swanage for the Jazz Festival, the Haven was an excellent place to stay. Breakfast superb, lovely bedroom, every where very clean and well cared for. Tina and Amanda are very helpful and friendly. Hope to be back! 5 STAR!

The room was very well presented with all the facilities that one would require. We were offered tea on arrival and made most welcome. Breakfast was excellent. The location is very quiet and only 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The location was perfect, with only a very short walk to the bay with its golden sandy beach and in the evenings to the town for the restaurants and pubs. Our room was clean and comfortable as were all areas of the Guest House which was nicely decorated. Bonus was a relaxing garden to sit out in to enjoy the sunny weather. Breakfast was delicious with an amazing choice and was very well cooked. Hosts, Tina and Amanda, were attentive and sociable. Overall a perfect stay and will stay again.Honestly there was nothing that we didn’t like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the selection at breakfast to the cleanliness of the hotel throughout. The owners were both very nice and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble you only had to ask. They had a good knowledge of the area and made sure all the guest knew the quickest way to get into the centre of Swanage and to the local restaurants. We would definitely visit again in the future.

The hosts have thought of everything and their attention to detail is fantastic. The breakfast supplied is the best we have had - ever! Home made granola, very generous portions, huge range of choice and cooked to order.

Can't rate this place highly enough! We have just stayed here for 3 days, it is fairly priced and the rooms are comfortable, with a powerful shower! Breakfast was included in our stay and there was so much choice. The cooked breakfasts were delicious and the ingredients so fresh.Our hosts were helpful when needed and happy to clean rooms and replace towels/mugs etc in the room. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Couldn't recommend this place enough - lovely couple's getaway for us! The breakfast was superb with a fresh fruit selection and various hot breakfast choices. Tina the host was lovely and very helpful with ideas of things to do in the local area. Location can't get any better - short walk to the main town and beach and the weather certainly helped! The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The mini fridge in the room to keep the evening beers cool also came in handy. We had a lovely couple of nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

We were welcomed with tea, biscuits and of course a smile. The place is delightful and immaculate . In the lounge was an honesty bar which was great after an evening out. They put all there guests at ease. The breakfast was delicious. We will be back.

We were sorry that we had only booked one night and will be back for a longer stay. Tina and Amanda were perfect hosts and the tea and biscuits welcome is such a nice touch, great job. I would also recommend a stroll down to The Cabin on the beach for a sundowner, we couldn't recommend Swanage Haven any higher than we do and have already recommended it to friendsI cant think of a bad thing to say.

From the moment we arrived and met one of the lovely new owners sisters Tina... everything was perfect. The accommodation itself was fresh, clean and quite beautiful. Tina was super friendly and helpful. A truly lovely lady. The little things like the honesty bar is fantastic, giving guests the chance to kick back and relax without any fuss. Great B&B, the proprietors were very friendly. Smashing tea and biscuits when we arrived. All was good, room was good quality and clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best i've had. Location was good, very near to beach and just a small walk into Swanage, handy for the station about an 18 minute walk.

The very warm welcome, cup of refreshments on arrival, very nice comfy room, nice clean linen, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate on tray for when needed, very nice touch was a chocolate each by the tea tray, and a very nice addition was the table top fridge. Breakfast next morning, WOW, where do you start? Very nice selection of fresh fruit, good selection of cereals, nice selection of pastries, and then a full English breakfast, bacon, sausage, baked beans, mushrooms, egg ( scrambled, poached or fried ) tomatoe, fried bread, toast, selection of fruit juices, and tea or coffee. This has to rate very highly on my recommendation table, and we will definitely be going to this establishment again in the future. Thank you both for making us so welcome. Ken and Sarah .

What a beautiful B&B with a great location! Such a tranquil feeling from the whole place. Sisters Amanda and Tina have fairly recently taken over and seem to be doing such an amazing job! Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel ever so welcome.All rooms are decorated and made up to a very high standard. Little touches everywhere make it that little bit "more". Fresh milk and bottled water on arrival in the quiet in-room fridge, the fan AND a heater for any eventuality as well as the hair dryer provided. A fully stocked tea and coffee selection, the wonderful selection of fresh fruit at breakfast each morning with your hot breakfast selection quickly cooked to order was perfect. The honesty bar went down a treat of an evening too. The bathroom was superbly spacious as was the room itself. Plenty of space for the two comfy chairs in the room.My Mum and I will without a doubt be back for another weekend soon! Thankyou for a wonderful stay ladies!

Just back from a weekend in Swanage staying in the lovely Swanage Haven. Tina and Amanda are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated, we would highly recommend this B&B as your base. Short walk from the sea front with access to the town centre or coastal path to Harry’s Rocks and Studland. Nice touch is an honesty bar, help yourself and settle up on leaving. 5* plus from us, thanks

the new owners are super friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was spotless. The room was excellent with a noiseless fridge with complimentary cold milk and water. the shower was powerful and easy to work and hot. The bed was lovely. The honesty bar was a lovely touch. The freshly cooked to order breakfast is the best I've had out in a long time and a great selection of fruit and cereals and juice etc to start off with. No children allowed was great - it was so peaceful. If I ever went back to Swanage this would the place to stay. Thank you ladies. What a super place you have.

I booked this hotel for my wife’s birthday on the 7th March and the new management were kind enough to put a bottle of champagne in the room. My wife was very pleased, we did the Old Harry Rocks walk and then to the pig on the beach.At Haven everything was clean and the facilities were great. We would stay there again!

Amanda and Tina have only taken over a couple of weeks ago but you’d think they had always been there. Really accommodating and friendly. When we booked, breakfast wasn’t offered, but to our delight it was now available. It was great. Will definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!
